Phoenix Software currently serves real estate companies across four continents and over 30 countries.
Phoenix Software’s CEO, Carlos Matias, founded his first successful real estate technology company, GryphTech in 1998. He later founded Phoenix Software in order to diversify his customer base and offer the international real estate industry a powerful platform solution influenced by proven systems in North American real estate. REP was purpose-built for adaptability and scalability in order to meet a wide array of global requirements and help customers overcome the complexities of international expansion, i.e. compliance with local laws, regulations and practices, languages, currencies etc. We feel strongly that a localized and unified technology solution is essential for companies to maximize adoption and growth. REP is truly a global platform.
